DTF Printing
DTF Printing – Stands for Direct to film. This method of printing allows for vibrant and intricate designs to be printed to film and then applied to fabric such as t shirts, hoodies, caps and bags. This process essentially combines the ultra-fine detail and durability of screen-printing with the full-colour print capabilities of a digital print..
Key Advantages of DTF
Full Colour …… Suits most materials…… extremely durable, easy to apply and cost effective on large runs.
How DTF Printing Works
Design Creation: A digital design is created using graphic design software (like Photoshop or Illustrator).
Printing: The design is printed in reverse onto a special PET film using DTF inks (usually CMYK + white).
Transfer: The cured film is placed onto the garment, and a heat press is used to transfer the design.
