Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Active Sports Solutions, trading as Active Sport ("we", "us", "our"), through activesportssolutions.com.au, by email, by phone or in person. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and prices
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Supplier price changes may affect quotes after that time.
- Some items have minimum order quantities, which are shown on the product or in your quote.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout or included in your quote.
2. Artwork and proofs
- For branded or customised items, we will send you a digital proof showing the design, position, size and colours.
- Production does not start until you approve the proof in writing (email is fine). Please check spelling, names, numbers, sizes and colours carefully — once approved, the proof is what we produce.
- Proofs are a guide. Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen, and decoration size and position may vary slightly between garment sizes and styles.
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logos, artwork, names or images you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any artwork we consider offensive or unlawful.
- We may need to redraw or tidy artwork so it reproduces well. Any artwork charges will be quoted before we begin.
3. Turnaround
- Our standard turnaround is up to 2 weeks from proof approval (and payment, where payment is required upfront). It is often quicker.
- Large orders, specialty items, supplier stock shortages and peak periods (such as the lead-up to Christmas) can take longer. We will let you know if your order is affected.
- If you need your order by a particular date, please tell us when you order so we can confirm whether it is achievable.
4. Payment
- Online orders are paid at checkout.
- For quoted orders, we may require full payment or a deposit before production starts. Approved account customers pay according to their agreed terms.
5. Sizing and stock
- Garment sizing follows each supplier's size chart. Please check the chart before ordering, as sizes vary between brands and styles. We are happy to help, and samples may be available for larger orders.
- Stock and colours are subject to supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
6. Changes and cancellations
- You can change or cancel your order free of charge before you approve the proof.
- Because customised items are made specifically for you, changes or cancellations after proof approval may not be possible. Where they are, you may be charged for any blank stock already purchased and any work already completed.
7. Returns and faulty items
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Customer-supplied garments
If you supply your own garments or items for us to decorate, we will take reasonable care. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by the item's fabric, construction or care labelling, except as required by law. Please supply a small number of spares where possible.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to re-supplying the goods or services, or refunding the amount you paid for them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Use of your work
We may photograph finished orders for use in our portfolio and social media. If you would prefer we did not, just let us know.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
